Mt. Washington Business District Vision Plan
The purpose of the Business District Vision Plan was to create a comprehensive vision for the revitalization of the Shiloh Street, Southern Avenue, Virginia Avenue, and Boggs/Bailey Avenue business corridors.
This plan is the first ever created for Mt. Washington and was made
possible by the Mt. Washington Community Development Corporation (MWCDC)
in cooperation with Pashek Associates and the Community Design Center of
Pittsburgh.
