J.J.'s on the corner of Shiloh St. and Virginia Ave

For 7 years J.J.’s has warmed hearts and your cup of coffee as one of the best kept diner secrets in Pittsburgh.  J.J.’s is located on the corner of Shiloh Street and Mt Washington in this classic Queen Anne building which once known as Knell’s Bakery.  The home cooking and friendly service is a favorite among locals and a real find for the adventuresome toursit looking for a slice of Pittsburgh life.

One visit and you will soon see the difference in the quality of this place compared to other diners.  This is no greasy spoon as they say.  They offer great home made items like hot meatloaf and roast turkey sandwiches.  They actually hand form their burgers and sausage! You wont find frozen links or home fries here.  Breakfast is served all day as well.

By the way, if your lucky enough to stop in after they just baked some pies, you’re in for a real treat.  They will,  however take special orders and have a complete menu of homemade pies to choose from.

Were fortunate to have this great business here in our community.  Congratulations J.J’s!
